Handstand Practice

– Feet on box, hold push-up support 10 secs

then walk hands in & hold box hstd 10 secs

– Balance Drill: Wall walk up as close as

possible to the wall, take one foot off the

wall and gently kick off with other foot,

finding a balance point

– Handstand Kick Up Practice: with hands

as close to the wall as possible, kick up to

a verical, controlled position with no part

of body touching the wall.
