Snatch (15 Min to a 1RM)
There are two options for Snatch accessory. Choose the one you have the most difficulty with.
Option 1 (5 x 3+3)
3 Halting Snatch Deadlift (pause 3 seconds at the knee)
3 Snatch High Pulls
Choose this accessory if you struggle with your 1st and 2nd pull from the floor.
Option 2 (5 x 3+3)
3 Snatch Balance
3 Overhead Squats (3 second pause at bottom)
Choose this option if you struggle with catching/pulling yourself under weight, or if you feel unstable/weak with the weight overhead in the snatch grip.
