Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes

1 High Hang Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Split Jerk

3 Rounds

5 Halting Clean Deadlifts (Pause @ knee and power position for 3 seconds each)

5 Clean Pulls

3 Rounds

1 Length OH Barbell Walking Lunge

8 – 12 Pendlay Rows
