Handstand Practice 10 – 12 Minutes

– feet on box. Hold pushup support for 5 – 10 seconds then walk hands backwards to handstand support, hold for 5 seconds then walk hands back out to push up support. Repeat for 3 – 5 sets

– practice kicking up against wall in a handstand, finding your balance point.

– perform a full wall walk, take one foot off of wall and gently kick off with other foot, finding a balance point. (Make sure you are comfortable rolling out of a handstand position before attempting this)

– handstand holds


Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds

60 Double Unders

15 Knees to Elbows

50ft. Handstand Walk (or 2 lengths bear crawl)
