Partner WOD

Each partner performs:

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Burpees

4-50ft shuttle sprints

1 partner works, 1 partner rests.

Each round begins with burpees then 4 x 50ft shuttle sprints, tag your partner in order for them to start their burpees. Burpees increase by 1 each round until 10 are performed.
