Every 3 minutes, for 30 minutes, alternate between:

1) 4 lengths shuttle sprint

10 burpees

Rest remainder of 3 minutes

2) 4 lengths shuttle sprint

20 KB swings 70/53

Rest remainder of 3 minutes

Score = time worked
