Nutrition and Goal-Setting Seminar

Now is the perfect time of year to set your fitness goals and dial-in your nutrition to help maximize your training and overall wellness. Join Frank Lucarelli, Coach Guy, and Coach Amy as they walk you through the basics of nutrition and set you up for success in planning and meeting your goals. Seminar is open to members and non-members.

Facilitator Bios:

Frank Lucarelli (BSc. Pharmacy and Human Nutrition; UBC College Of Pharmacists Board Member) currently works as a pharmacist at The Shoppers Drug Mart in Spruce Land Mall. His area of focus is mental health and metabolic syndrome. He is passionate about sports nutrition and previously worked in the sports nutrition field for 10 years. He has completed 5 marathons, 2 Ironmans, and qualified to represent Team Canada at the World Triathlon Championships in 2010 Budapest.

Guy Elliott has been involved in the health care field for over 8 years as a Registered Massage Therapist. His own research and knowledge about nutrition has allowed him to personally lose over 150 pounds. He has been coaching CrossFit for over 5 years and is a level 2 CrossFit trainer, as well as owner of CrossFit Prince George.

Amy Blanding is an educational developer and has over ten years of teaching and facilitation experience. Currently pursuing her Masters of Education in Multidisciplinary Leadership, Amy brings deep empathy, humour, and creativity to her work. Amy is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and has played competitive sports for the majority of her life. She is passionate about holistic wellness and committed to helping anyone of any age and ability recognize their personal ability to design a life of greatness.
