CrossFit Prince George – WOD

Strength

Hang Clean (3RM then 4×3@90% of todays 3RM)

Mid thigh hang clean or high hang clean

Halting Clean Deadlift (5 x 4 @ 100% of todays 3RM)

Perform a slow, controlled olympic (clean) style deadlift, pausing just above the knees for 3 seconds before finishing the deadlift.

Accessory

4 Rounds

10 KB Front Rack Walking lunges

10 Barbell Good Mornings
