Seated DB Press (4 X 8-10)

WOD

Death By KB Swings and Burpees (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

1 Rep of each in the first minute

2 Rep of each in the second minute

3 Rep of each in the third minute

etc.

When unable to complete both kb swings and burpees within a minute, continue with kb swings only.
