9 Front Rack Walking Lunges w/ KB (2 steps = 1 rep)

10 Burpee Pull Ups

11 Handstand Push Ups

12 Front Squats 155/115

WOD works just like the song… 1, then 2 – 1, then 3 – 2 – 1, etc.
